Returns

Our goal is to provide total customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. As suppliers of made to order personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless the garment is faulty or we have made a mistake. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification".

Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost. Please contact our customer service team with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

We incur expenses when an order is placed with us which includes fee's for artwork, ordering of materials, production, and placement of orders with vendors which are subject to their cancellation and/or restocking policies and charges. If a placed order is cancelled, Amba Wear reserve the right to charge for artwork fees, production costs, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request is received by us.

Before placing your order, please check the product size information. We supply garments from different manufacturers and there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a large Gildan tshirt may be different in size to a large Russell tshirt. Every product has an accurate sizing information chart for that item under the ‘Sizing’ tab, just to the right of the product description.This information will allow you to make an informed decision in regards to the suitability of the sizes available for your chosen product/s. Once an item is personalised we will only accept returns based on sizing issues if the product does not measure what it says on the relevant items size information. If you receive items that do not measure accordingly then please contact us where our customer service team will be happy to help.

The RMA number, once received, must be written on the outside of the return parcel. Please send the parcel to:
